The North Dakota Mill, a state-owned flour mill located in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Sales Department.

The Customer Service Representative is an entry level position that will support and assist our customers, sales staff, brokers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities include answering customer calls, taking telephone orders, inputting of orders into computer system, resolving customer issues and other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate must be computer proficient and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Must have excellent communication skills, customer service skills, problem solving skills, and possess a friendly outgoing personality. Prefer applicants with clerical and customer service backgrounds.
