Watermaster Clerk

Duties include telephone coverage, radio communication, water reports, monthly/quarterly balancing, managing/tracking inventories, balancing/reconciling payroll, and updating/managing fleet maintenance system. The qualifications are customer service, administrative support, and general computer skills required. The salary range is $20.90 – $27.48 per hour depending on qualifications. Engineer
The South Columbia Basin Irrigation District is accepting applications for the position of Engineer. A bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Civil Engineering is required. An Engineer in Training certification is preferred. The wage is $40.56 - $51.55 per hour depending on qualifications. Pump Mechanic
The South Columbia Basin Irrigation District is accepting applications for the position of Pump Mechanic at our Eltopia facility. The qualifications are the ability to test, service, and repair all types of irrigation pumps, valves, gear boxes, and hydraulic systems utilized by the District. A successful candidate must possess or be able to acquire a commerical drivers license. The wage is $26.40 – $31.26 per hour.
