Internal Medicine Position

Yakima Valley Memorial, Internal Medicine Physician in Yakima, WA (Multiple Openings) Responsible for providing high quality and cost-effective medical management of patients. Diagnose and provide non-surgical treatment for diseases and injuries for patients 16 years of age and older. Provide internal medicine and/or critical care services to patients. Diagnose and treat a wide range of problems associated with the internal organs, such as the stomach, kidneys, liver, and digestive tract. Utilize a variety of diagnostic techniques to treat patients through medication or hospitalization and refer patients to specialists when more complex care is required. Provide appropriate communication to specialists in order to ensure continuity of care.

Requires: MD or DO degree, or foreign equivalent; Completion of an accredited US residency program in Internal Medicine, WA State Physician and Surgeon License or a WA State Osteopathic Physician and Surgeon License, or eligibility for licensure and Current DEA registration. All education, training, and experience may be gained concurrently. Applicants subject to pre-employment background check.
