Registered Nurse (Full-time Registered Nurse) Provides and coordinates services including the necessary documentation regarding client care according to the plan of treatment. Documentation/chart Audits, QA/QI responsibilities. Successfully communicates with the office, physicians, including co-workers and other agencies. Both office and visit nurse responsibilities. On-call responsibilities include mandatory participation in an on-call rotation.
