Project and Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineer II-IV DES02170 AREVA is looking for an Electrical Engineer for its office in Richland, WA location. The identified candidate will be an Electrical Engineer with an Instrumentation and Controls background. In addition, the candidate would learn existing plant systems and support improvement projects and maintenance activities at a facility with highly automated chemical, sintering, and assembly equipment. Primary responsibilities will include: Start up, commissioning, operations, and maintenance Oversee field work which may include new installation, integration into existing systems, repairs and operations. When designing and maintaining the systems, validate conformance with environmental and safety requirements. Requirements: Engineer II - BS in Electrical Engineering PLUS 2-3 years of experience. Engineer III- BS in Electrical Engineering PLUS 3-5 years of experience. Engineer IV - BS in Electrical Engineering PLUS 5-7 years of experience. 3 years of experience with instrumentation and control systems/processes. Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria (NEC, ISA, UL, etc.). Good communication skills including the ability to comprehend and convey detailed technical data. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships. Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills. Design experience with AutoCAD software.
