Laboratory Lead Technician
Work Hours: Monday- Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm

Work Responsibilities:
•Assumes responsibility for operation, technical and personnel management related duties for the lab
•Performs leadership roles for the lab staff and the assigned shift to include training, scheduling, competencies, coaching, taskmaster, team member evaluations and accountability, team member recognition, issue resolution and encourage teamwork.
•Meets applicable regulatory requirements of a Technical Consultant.
•Performs any additional duties deemed necessary by lab administration.

Position Minimal Qualification:
• Associate's degree in chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory sciences or medical technology from an accredited institution, with at least two years of training and/or experience in nonwaived testing.
