Job Summary:

Provides clerical support to department to include forms management, phone support, correspondences, staff meeting minutes, filing, ordering of office supplies, etc. Monitors timekeeping for all department staff. Performs data entry functions: reviewing patient stay length in EPIC and matching to rental invoices, adding requests into mobile application.

Minimum Qualifications:

The NYS Department of Civil Service has developed the NY HELPS program. During this program, the NYS Civil Service Exam requirements are suspended for the Office Assistant 1, SG006 title.
