As our  Regional Sales Manager, you’re going to get to know our clients really well. You’ll use this knowledge, together with a bright, positive attitude, and your wide range of customer management skills to support them, every day.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for the formulation and implementation of a territory strategic plan in accordance with incremental growth objectives
• Ensure sales objectives are achievable relative to market conditions and competitive factors.
• Work with Market Managers to identify, establish and develop distribution channels.
• Provide and organize technical training for distribution and end users.
• Establish and routinely monitor customer satisfaction levels, delivery, and pricing.
• Identify and formulate new product proposals.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University with an emphasis on marketing or engineering preferred; 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Track record of superior performance metrics
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Rotating equipment experience preferred
• Able to travel up to three weeks per month

Software Requirements:

• Good working knowledge and experience with PC and web-based programs
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
