MUNICIPALITY OF BETHEL PARK POLICE RADIO COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER The Municipality of Bethel Park is accepting applications for a police radio communications officer. This is night shift position with variations. Duties involve: Receiving and managing emergency and non-emergency calls for service. Dispatching police, fire and emergency services personnel; data entry regarding all calls received, municipal building security monitoring. Qualified applicants must be a high school graduate or GED certified, have excellent verbal/communication skills, computer experience. Various certifications required, as well as, criminal history clearance. Emergency medical dispatch experience preferred. Must be capable of working rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays). 2017 Hourly rate: $23.63 per hour.
