The Strongsville Historical Society owns and operates the 19th century Strongsville Historical Village, a re-created village composed of both original buildings and buildings brought from the Strongsville area to the site. The buildings span the era from 1822 to 1904 with additions carrying on into the mid-20th century. The village preserves the architectural, economic, cultural, political and social history of Strongsville during this period.
