Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Assistant Office Manager in the Franklin Recovery Center program at Behavioral Health Network! 

 

**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Franklin Recovery Center program with the following:

  • Coordinating intake of individuals with BHN staff and referral sources.
  • Scheduling client’s appointments, as needed.
  • Maintaining tracking system for medical records requests.
  • Coordinating with billing staff and site coordinators to ensure requirements for payors are met.
  • Using reports to track prior authorizations and billing requirements.
  • Greeting and directing visitors to their destination in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Using office equipment proficiently.
  • Filing reports, correspondence, licenses, and other pertinent information in a timely and organized manner.
  • Monitoring facility maintenance and safety in compliance with regulatory and/or licensure guidelines.
  • Maintaining purchasing system, petty cash, and inventory within the program, as needed.
  • Providing support and supervision to administrative support staff in the absence of the Office Manager.

 

Who are we?

The Franklin Recovery Center in Greenfield, MA serves those 18 years of age and older who are suffering from drug and alcohol addiction and are at the beginning of their recovery. A Medical Director and an Addiction Medicine Physician work with a team of Recovery Specialists, Counselors, and nurses to provide acute treatment and detoxification services to the Franklin Recovery Center and the adjacent Northern Hope Center.

Job Requirements:

What are we looking for in an Assistant Office Manager?

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • At least three years of related office experience (required).
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Internet, word processing applications, and email systems (required).
  • Ability to work in high demand and/or stressful environments (required).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
  • Excellent computer skills (required).
  • Excellent communication skills (required).
  • Detail-oriented and good organizational skills (required).
