Step by Step, Inc is a non-profit organization that provide supports to over 2000 individuals throughout the state with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and substance abuse.   All staff support those in our care to reach their highest potential.

We are hiring in Lehigh and Northampton Counties. 

Available shifts include primarily overnights with the potential of other shifts and on-call. 

All Team Members must:       

• be 18 years of age or older
• have a current driver’s license with no suspensions or points within the past three years
• possess a high school diploma or GED
• have no prohibitive criminal offenses
• be available to work on weekends and holidays

Covid-19 requirements/pre-cautions - temperature checks, wear masks during entire shift, frequent hand hygiene, frequent disinfecting, minimizing staff movement from site to site, $1.00 extra per hour worked. Pay differential for sites with positive cases.
