Parts Specialist - The Retail Store Parts Specialist performs and coordinates various duties related to parts distribution, including customer service and stocking duties related to the parts sales, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe and profitable operation of the parts department. He/She will assist customers by properly identifying needed items, using electronic parts catalogs and other available resources. The individual must have a high school diploma or GED. Knowledge and experience in the areas of customer service, inventory, and farm equipment is preferred. Service department experience is a plus.

Service Technician - The employee is responsible for machine assembly, repair, and truck mounting of agricultural machinery (manure spreaders, feed mixers, & hay tools) both in the store's shop and at a customer's location. The position requires knowledge and basic skills in the areas of mechanics/repair, electricity, hydraulics, fabrication, welding, torch cutting, air arc, and service-parts lookup. Farm machinery experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills are required. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license is required for all positions.
