Customer Service
- Ensures excellent customer service
- Fulfills responsibilities in caring manner with member and staff
- Provides quality group fitness classes to Wellness Center members
- Responsible for the safety, security and well-being of class members
- Able to identify and handle emergence situations
- Maintains updated, proficient, teaching skills that are motivating, challenge, safe
- Stays updated in the wellness field
- Supports team members by attending other classes and substituting when possible
- High School diploma
- Must have the knowledge and skills needed to proficiently serve population to include adolescents, adults and geriatrics
- Maintains current CPR certification
- National certification is highly encouraged
- Teaching experience is beneficial
