Trades The Town of Holly Ridge is currently accepting applications for the position of:  Inspections And Land Use Planning Supervisor Actual salary will be dependent upon qualifications and the position will remain open until filled.

General Description Of Job Responsibilities: Under the general direction of the Town Manager the Inspections and Land Use Planning Supervisor is responsible for supervision and coordination of Inspections, Planning/Zoning and Code Enforcement activities. Plans, organizes, supervises and participates in the overall inspection work program of the Town of Holly Ridge to include electrical, building, plumbing and mechanical inspections. Enforces Land Use ordinances, state and federal codes. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring plan reviews and related procedures and protocols are accomplished in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum certifications required are a North Carolina Level I in Building, Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical. Possession of a valid North Carolina drivers license required.
