The Opportunity

Group Fitness Positions Currently Available 

  • Pilates - the CORE

The Group Fitness Instructor is a part-time position that instructs group classes in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with the City of Coppell's policies and procedures.

 

Eligibility

  • Provide a safe and fun environment for participant.
  • Promote knowledge of proper group fitness components, i.e.: warm up, aerobic exercise, flexibility, cool down, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in techniques and dynamics of Group Exercise.
  • Knowledge in a variety of Group Exercise classes.
  • Provide customer service to the patrons.
  • Maintain the Group Exercise equipment and room.
  • Participate in all required fitness staff meetings and trainings.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Requirements:
 

  • Must have and maintain a current Fitness or Group Fitness related certification.
  • Must have a current First Aid / AED certification.
  • Must have a current Adult CPR certification.
