Requires High School diploma & 4 yrs exp w/ concrete forming & shoring apps & desgn. Exp must include: solving desgn & field problems on short notice w/ minimal info; trobleshtng formwrk & shoring soltns for own projcts; performng locl branch reltd calcultions & analyses; preparng formwrk & shoring drawngs; preprng drawngs & calcultion packges for profesnl engneers; preparng estimts & concpt drawngs at pre-bid & contrct stages; reading & understnding structrl & archtectrl bluprnts; condctng job-site visits & meetngs w/ custmr to ensure proper use of formwrk & shoring in the field; schdlng prjcts to meet deadlines; supprtng trainng trgts for new/estblshd systms & chcking drwngs & bills of matrial for Proj Techntns prior to release to cstmr; appling civil engring & on-the-job technqs w/ regrd to formwrk & shoring apps on a wide variety of prjcts incldng: civil, infrstrctre, residntl, commrcl, & high/low rise strctres; familiarity w/ U.S. regs, local & nationl codes, legisltn, & trends impctng the formwrk indstry; familiarity w/ Formwrk (ACI-347) indstry stndrds & regs; knwldge of frmwrk, shoring, lumber, steel, & custom "out of the box" apps; AutoCAD; projct cost & materls mangmnt tools; proj mangmnt softwre; & comp apps incldng Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
