Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business, nursing, or other healthcare related field or at least five year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.  Five years of experience in ambulatory care with 3 years in a supervisory role.  Master's degree in business, nursing, or other healthcare related field preferred.  Licensure to practice nursing in the State of Louisiana is applicable.  CPR certification preferred.  Certification in area of practice; Advance Cardiac Life Support if RN; Licensure of certification in Allied Health professional area if applicable.  Previous nursing or clinical experience in an appropriate healthcare setting; Super-User experience - electronic medical record preferred.

The Clinic Administrator is responsible for the daily activities of a defined team of clinical and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality efficient and effective care for patients from an administrative and operational standpoint.  In addition, the Administrator is part of the Ambulatory Leadership team to implement short and long term strategic and operational goals.
