Laborer, Landscape - 4 temporary, Full time laborers from (April 1, 2018- December 20, 2018). Plant, prune, mow & edge lawns & landscape materials using commercial mowers, equip and tools. Pull weeds/clear leaves/debris w/blowers. Install lawns (sod) as per SOC/OES 37-3011. Tools/equipment provided at no cost or deposit. 3 months verifiable com./res. landscape experience required. Able to lift/carry 50lbs, work in bending & standing pos. for ext. periods in extreme heat/cold. Daily transportation Province to/from worksites. Upon offer of employer and prior to orientation, all hires both U.S. and H-2B must submit to/pass drug screen. 

Hourly wage from $13.02 per hour (overtime at $19.53 per hour) based on tenure with company, skill/abilities & proven job perf. 35 hours plus per week. Mondays - Fridays 7:30 AM-5 PM, Saturdays as needed. Wages computed using a single work week & paid weekly. Jobs in Hanover, Henrico, Richmond City, VA. Upon completing 50% of the work period, employer will reimburse workers transportation/subsis from the place of recruit to place of work. Upon completion of work period or if worker is dismissed earlier, employer. will provide/pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return trans/subsis back home or the place where worker orig. left to work, except if worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Transport pay/reimbursement equal to most economical/reasonable common carrier for the dist. involved. Daily subsis is $12.07 per day during travel to a max of $51.00/day w/receipts. Optional housing arranged for workers arriving from outside of normal commute but cost of housing /living expenses responsible of worker. Pay deductions only include those req. by law. H-2B wrkrs to be reimbursed within the first week for all VISA process, border cross and related expense, incurred include any mandated by the government.
