GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Sr. Financial Analyst / Finance Lead is responsible for being the business partner to Luxor-Reseller and Kwikboost business units in a rapidly growing company. S/he will interact closely with the management teams and Controller. The Luxor work environment is fast paced and team oriented; there will be a strong emphasis placed on business partnering, reporting, financial analysis, and project management for this role. The role will lead monthly reporting, analysis, and commentary, as well as the development of the annual budget and Long-Range Plan for Luxor-Reseller and Kwikboost. This is a highly collaborative position both within Finance and cross-functionally (Sales & Marketing, Procurement, and Operations). This position provides comprehensive financial support to drive profitable growth; assures all accounting transactions are posting to the correct general ledger accounts and oversee all inventory accounting, costing and reconciliation. Additionally, the role performs account reconciliations and follow through on corrections and processes to assure errors do not repeat.
