Job Duties include:
Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Assist in the development of menu items
Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications for this position include:
Five years cooking experience in restaurant
Two years banquet experience
Knowledge of safety and health compliance standards
Written and verbal communication skills
Food handlers certification
Must pass background check & drug test
