Job Summary: |
Initially involved with supporting the development of an Employee Services Center, the Employee Services Specialist will be responsible for gathering common questions and formulating reference materials to support a new service center. Thereafter, the Specialist will be responsible to provide high quality customer service to employees and students served by the welcome center. This individual will need to field inquiries through the service center by phone, in person, a service/case management system, and through self-service materials (i.e., automated communications, chat bots, etc.). Additionally, this individual shall be able to communicate effectively with visitors, new hires, managers and others via all facets of correspondence. The Specialist must be able to monitor service center tickets, review and understand reporting analytics, develop performance metrics to support the training of others, and ensure the service center continues to improve in efficiency and efficacy based on metrics and customer feedback. Other duties include on-boarding, I-9 compliance, answering preliminary questions regarding benefits and payroll, issuing badges and other duties, as assigned. |

Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study with a minimum of one (1) year of employee/customer service experience or an Associate degree in a related field with three (3) years of relevant experience. The department may consider someone without a degree but who possesses a commensurate level of experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
Experience in a high-volume, multi-faceted setting that services various types of customers. Healthcare, academic or employee service experience is greatly desired. |

Monday-Friday. 8 am- 4:30 pm |
