ABOUT THE USLI DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
This program provides intensive hands-on training that will prepare participants to become a Commercial Lines sales professional. The focus of the training program is generating new business accounts through sales activities including prospecting, networking, drop-in visits, outbound cold calling, and social media engagement for a specific product portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associates degree, military training or equivalent work experience

• Results-driven work ethic and self-starter attitude

• Hungry to learn and has a desire for coaching and development

• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with / ability to learn Agency Management Systems

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, One Note, Share Point)

• Ability to work independently at home and maintain adequate internet and phone service

• Ability to develop detailed knowledge and proficiency of products, features, and benefits

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

TRAVEL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
