EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT PENNSYLVANIA TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE NETWORK (PaTTAN) This position is designed to support the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education in providing training and technical assistance to build the capacity of local educational agencies to serve students who receive special education services. Must have at minimum 5 years experience in education, a degree in Special Education or related area, and PA Certification: Instructional I or Education Specialist I with level II and supervisory certifications preferred. Regional and limited statewide travel is a requirement of this position. The successful candidate should have expertise with any of the following: Autism, Behavior, Secondary Transition, MTSS, Special Education Leadership. Additional experience should include facilitation and school improvement planning.
