Hourly wage of $10.95.Mechanically plant, cultivate and harvest sod, corn, and peanuts. Manually stack sod on pallets. Bale, roll and unroll sod by hand or machine. Operatefarm vehicles and equipment and use forklift for loading and stacking. Bend, stoop, reach, and walk for extendedperiods of time. Continuously lift andcarry up to 50 lbs. Work in adverse weather including extreme heat, cold and/or rain. Three quarters of anaverage of 45 hrs/week guaranteed.Employer may pay an end of seasonbonus to workers that complete theemployment contract based upon the profitability of the company for the current year and the employee'snumber of continuous seasons ofemployment. Tools, supplies andequipment provided at no cost. Housing provided at no cost if outsidecommuting area. If applicable,transportation and subsistence expense to the job will be paid upon completion of 50% of the employment period, or earlier.
