Alumni Coordinator
POSITION OVERVIEW: Alumni Coordinator establishes routine communications with alumni, provides support for the team members in the Department of Philanthropy, and maintains/builds relationship between alumni and organization.
QUALIFICATIONS: College degree preferred with experience in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office necessary. Knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and Salesforce a plus. Ability to organize and maintain a calendar of tasks and accurate data entry are required. Knowledge and understanding of the 12 Steps of AA and a life in recovery is essential.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Cultivate communications with alumni of Alina Lodge. Coordinate, assist and/or host events. Data entry and documentation of communications, actions, etc. Create analytical reports, weekly action reports and quarterly action reports, etc.
