PRN Social Worker

PRN Social Worker needed to cover homecare and our Gordon Hospice House patients.

• Master's degree in Social Work is required. Candidate should be an independent, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Medical and/or Clinical experience preferred. Competitive pay with mileage reimbursement available.
• Two years of medical social work experience required with home health/hospice and/or facility experience preferred. Clear understanding of the end-of-life care process also
  preferred.
