Job Summary:
Duties include but are not limited to: sort incoming and interdepartmental mail; deliver mail to all departments within Community Campus and to the U.S. Postal Service; process outgoing mail according to U.S. Postal regulations. Perform Receiving, Mail Room, and Stores Clerk duties as needed to include: par level filing, call down requests, filing of faxed or call down orders. Critical Station and kit supply assembly, verification, and delivery. Will provide customer service response to telephone requests for product information and product requests, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to bend , lift, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift moderate to heavy mail sacks and buckets of various weights. Must demonstrate the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. Must possess and maintain a valid NYS driver’s license to make pickups and deliveries.
