Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Intermediate Care Unit.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

• Daly 6B is a dedicated, close-knit group with an engaged leadership team all with strong clinical backgrounds and a dedicated medical director; both devoted to professional growth and development.

• Reports to the Manager, but daily activities are coordinated and under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities may include direct patient care: hygiene, skin care, mobility and monitoring. Administers medications and parenteral therapy. Multiskilled to meet the needs of the unit in performing duties relative to phlebotomy and EKG's.

SCHEDULE:

• Location: Baystate Medical Center, Springfield MA
• Dept: Stepdown Unit
• Hours: Full Time
• Shift: Night Shift 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum one year experience as an LPN.
