Bachelor's degree or equiv. degree in computer science/applications, engineering, computer/MIS, information technology, technology management, mathematics, electrical/electronics or related field and 5 years of experience. Oversee technical assignment. Work with management, external vendors and customers. Prepare technical and financial plans and present proposals to potential customers. Research and recommend new products, services and solutions. Identify new market opportunities. Work with customers to provide the most effective resources and oversee projects through design, development to completion. Prepare, review, extend and maintain vendor/ costumer contracts. Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, development, troubleshooting and modifications. Agree and monitor costs, timescales and standards to be met throughout the project. Provide lead efforts to improve IT processes and advise customers' on IT solutions. Keep management and customers updated on progress. Direct and prioritize the workload of personnel. Review designs, code and unit test plans. Conduct interviews and makes recommendations for new hires, consultants and/or replacement personnel for the company's products, solutions and services. Knowledge in Web Logic, WebSphere, SAP Modules [FI, MM, SD], Tibco, PI, SOA, Java Technologies, .Net Technologies, OBIEE, Cognos, BOBJ, Microstrategy, Informatica, DataStage, ODI, QTP, Win Runner, Load Runner, IOS, Android, RUP, MS Excel, TOAD, Oracle, SQL, Teradata, Windows, Unix, Linux, and Basis. Proof of knowledge required. Work Place: Irving, TX and/or any unanticipated locations in the U.S. Must be willing to travel or relocate nationwide. 40 hrs/wk.
