The Training Coordinator is a passionate & experienced individual dedicated to the development of scheduling talent & informatics to ensure a positive patient first impression. The Training Coordinator contributes to a positive departmental image by exhibiting professionalism, adaptability, teamwork & mutual respect. The Training Coordinators work can be defined in 3 main categories Training & Training Coord, Coaching & production. Creates & delivers all applicable training as identified by leadership and/or Training & Support Dept. Identify training gaps and/or opportunities using data & observation & communicate training recommendations to Training & Support Dept, IT Learning Svcs (Change Mgt.) & Care Connections Scheduling Leadership. Collaborate w/ Training depts to create & train enterprise staff on skills to decrease scheduling errors, denials, increase performance and pre and point of service collections. Proficient in delivering training in small or large groups as well as onsite or virtually. Administer quality review program by evaluation/observation of staff work against quality standards, identification of individual & unit educational needs. Leverage data from various systems such as Speech Analytics, Call Recordings & After Call Survey to better understand areas of opportunity. Responsible for creating & presenting quality summary rpts for Central Scheduling. Demonstrates expert job knowledge of scheduling process, systems & procedures along w/ effective decision-making & problem solving skills. Audit accounts for accuracy, escalate issues to appropriate team & perform follow up training as needed. Exemplifies excellent customer svc & will have working knowledge of all depts scheduling supports. Mastery of skills relating to insurance coverage, benefits, rules & regulations & allocation of plans accurate info & fulfillment of requirements resulting in expected payment for services. Answer calls during peak intervals and/or as instructed by leadership.

High School Equivalent / GED 3 plus years of experience Associate or Bachelor preferred. CHAA accreditation preferred. Minimum 3+ years experience in, leadership, training, mentoring or coaching role.
