Salary - A 14.3%/hr incentive is granted to our 3rd shift personnel. ($14.00/hr + 14.3% incentive= $16.00/hr)

Hours - 1130PM-7AM (35/week- Full Time Status)

Produce quality products that meet the customers specifications. Develop assembly and test procedures  to promote production of quality products. Monitor the functioning of all equipment and report any problems to the supervisor. Assemble parts according to customer/engineering drawings. Performing cleaning of all part, as per the established cleaning procedure.  Identify improvement needs to the Production Supervisor.

Main Functions

The Clean Products Assembler Packer sets up workstations, arranges work, operates equipment, fixtures, and tooling for the purposes of detailed cleaning, assembling, inspection and packaging of components and sub-assemblies.

This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the successful candidate must be a "U.S. person" as defined in the ITAR and EAR (which generally means (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) have been admitted to the United States as a refugee, or have been granted asylum, as specified under applicable law.

Typical Duties

- Assemble parts according to customer/engineering drawings.

- Clean parts in a manner to ensure that parts are cleaned per the established cleaning procedure.

- Perform installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, replacing, or adjusting products as required.

- Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products.

- Work in a Clean room environment, which is climate controlled and is a restricted access area.

Required Skills

Read and understand blue print

Knowledge how use calculator and standard ruler, calipers, temples.

Must be trained in WI 6.4-1 White Room Gowning requirements and instructions annually.

Must be trained in WI 8.2.4-11 Packaging Inspection instruction.

Preferred Skills

An ideal Clean Products Assembler Packer would have good hand and eye coordination with excellent manual dexterity for precise alignment. It is also essential that they are fast learner, who can apply knowledge to work assignments. Demonstrate strong communication skills and patience for sometimes monotonous work.

Education Requirements

High school or equivalent preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements

Minimum six months production environment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 25 pounds or more occasionally.

75 %  sitting down.

25% standing
