Assistant Fiscal Officer Concord Township, Lake County

Under the direction of the Fiscal Officer, the Assistant Fiscal Officer will provide support for the Fiscal Office including filing deadlines, budgeting and forecasting, investments, banking, and general accounting practices. The Assistant Fiscal Officer will also provide backup for the HR Coordinator including payroll processing, retirement reporting, and grant administration. Minimum required qualifications are a 4-year degree with 5-10 years applicable accounting, government, or banking experience. UAN experience preferred. Prior experience in a government or public-sector environment preferred. This is a part-time position of 15-20 hrs./week. Salary commensurate with experience.
