• LPNs – Req# - 11119 $2,500.00 Sign On Bonus LPN Floor Nurse for Intermediate Care Facility. Manages LPNs in their chain of command, ensures assessment, treatment, and appointment needs are met for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Previous management experience desired. Full benefit package. Pay Rate: Based on Experience.

• Direct Support Professionals (DSP) $1,500.00 Sign On Bonus DSP may work in one of three (3) residential settings: ICF/IID, Residential Habilitation, or Supportive Living. Will provide direct care for 1 to 8 individuals. A high school diploma or GED, Driver’s License, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and class "F" endorsement are required in all residential settings. Will support individuals in all daily activities. Such as: preparing meals and eating, all aspects of personal hygiene, selecting clothing and dressing, transport to and from the day program as well as doctors’ appointments, etc. Full benefit package. Pay is based upon the residential setting.
