Senior Lead, Quality Assurance (Denver, CO): Design, develop, test, and implement web, client, and server business applications using Salesforce.com, JAVA, and J2EE. Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with product and other business stakeholders to release software using Selenium, TOSCA, Cucumber, Rally, JIRA, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, XML, and Oracle. Perform requirement analysis and develop test plans and strategy documents. Lead the overall operations and activities of quality assurance across the organization and recommend and drive strategy. Work with the Security and Coding team to ensure codes are up to standard. Participate and support all aspects of the project lifecycle. Work with Salesforce.com; Java; JavaScript; JIRA; Selenium; SQL; Oracle; Agile methodologies; testing, including manual, automated, and performance; software development; software development lifecycle; software quality assurance; and, coordination and management of QA resources.

Requires: Master's degree + 2 years of experience or Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience.
