Property Manager

Experienced Property Managers needed for Tax Credit Communities in Reading and Bally, PA. Only qualified applicants with a minimum of 2 years of program experience need apply. Candidate must have strong communication, supervisory and organizational skills. The Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of daily operations of the rental property and staff. This includes but is not limited to leasing, income certification, resident relations, rental collection, court proceedings, inspections, compliance and financial reporting.
