Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Information System, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or foreign equivalent + 5 years experience as Technical Lead, UI Developer, Consultant, or Software Engineer. Requires 4 years experience in HTML5 & CSS3; JavaScript development (includes OO development); AngularJS 1.3 or similar MVVM-based frameworks such as Node.js; Bootstrap 1.3.x; other user UI libraries & standards such as jQuery & Material Design; & UI design skills & user-centered design disciplines (UX design). Requires 2 years experience with code scaffolding, building tools, testing frameworks & test methods for web development including Yeoman, Bower, Grunt, Jasmine, & LESS.
