Nurse Supervisor

Location:  Anamosa State Penitentiary, Anamosa, Iowa

Pay Range: $64,084.80 - $98,779.20 yearly, $30.81 - $47.49 hourly

Job Description:  Join our team as a Nurse Supervisor at Anamosa State Penitentiary! Your duties would include, but not be limited to. Supervise and evaluate the work of subordinate staff nurses, and medical/clerical nurse unit coordinators to insure 24 hour nursing coverage. Provides input to develop policies and procedures to improve the quality of care. Monitors accrediting, and regulatory criteria to maintain compliance, and assure compliance requirements are maintained. Integrates standards of nursing care to maintain optimal level of care is provided to offenders. Integrates standards of nursing care to update policies and procedures. Establish and maintain guidelines for nursing staff to assure optimal care within assigned areas of medical and mental health.

Must have a current RN License.
