Agency Software is looking for a Customer Service Team Member with a background in bookkeeping. We are a stable, family-owned company with a reputation for service excellence, providing software solutions to P&C insurance agencies nationwide. Our skilled customer service team handles a large range of questions from technical troubleshooting to accounting procedures. A good candidate for this position will have strong customer service skills with working knowledge of accounting concepts. Technical troubleshooting ability and insurance industry experience are a plus. This in-person position is full time Monday through Friday.
