Building Maintenance Associate

Skilled individuals needed for a wide variety of activities such as repairs, minor construction and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Duties include plowing & snow removal, lawn care, collecting trash, etc. Minor construction of offices, walls, fixtures, furniture repair, minor plumbing, painting, taping. Install the necessary appliances and equipment as needed. Check panels and electrical wiring to identify issues, run wiring and computer lines. Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, PM equipment. Must be reliable, self-motivated and have demonstrated steady work experience and solid technical knowledge. Strong working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical with HVAC a plus. Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools, painting, taping. Ability to operate powered industrial equipment including boom lifts and scissor lifts. Must be capable of passing DOT physical to utilize company vehicles.
