The Wrap-around Facilitator/QMHA
This is a regular, full-time position for a Wrap-around Facilitator to work on the Family & Youth team providing the facilitation of services for at-risk youth, families, and community partners by participating in meetings and case management in family homes, community agencies, County offices, and schools. Primary duties involve working with youth who are involved in the criminal justice system, those who have drug/alcohol issues, or who are at-risk for multiple agency involvement.

 

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have excellent skills in organization, paperwork management, and communication – both
verbally and in writing, in addition to typing and computer proficiency and will be dependable, organized, self-directed, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to interact with co-workers, clients, and the public in a courteous, professional manner. Other requirements include the ability to: understand the behavior of people under stress; develop cooperative
relationships with clients, their families, and the community; and maintain relationships with physicians, law enforcement agencies, the courts, public and private administrators, and the community in general.
