Executive Director

The Huntingdon County Child & Adult Development Corporation is a successful multipurpose nonprofit agency seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization and continue to enhance it through positive leadership into the future. HCCADC provides Head Start, Pre K, child care and adult literacy programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively to meet the goals and requirements of both State and Federal funders. In this role, s/he will be working closely with the Board of Directors, government officials and the public.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in  a social sciences, early childhood or management field and successful prior experience managing a nonprofit is preferred. Prior experience in supervision of staff, fiscal management and administration is required. Computer skills are necessary.
