Would you like to join a team dedicated to delivering high-impact content to students, researchers, and medical and business professionals? As Content Integration Manager, you’ll coach, guide, mentor, and develop the team responsible for loading 5 million journal articles per year to our Discovery and Research products. As part of an Agile team, you’ll lead the content integration engineers who own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from working with publishers, to content extraction, transformation, and loading. This team has a powerful opportunity to improve our end users’ experience with searching, discovering, and consuming the journal articles that meet their needs.
You’ll be a thought partner for your team, the leadership team, and business teams across Product Management, Technology, and Publisher Relations. You’ll work hands-on with the engineers, driving execution, removing obstacles, and helping the team relentlessly improve. You’ll contribute excellent communication skills, passion for team engagement, metrics- and data-driven decision making, and systems thinking in a fast-paced environment that thrives on continuous improvement.

Target Annual Salary Range: $107,375 - $153,395. This Pay Target range includes a bonus target of 5% of base salary. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
