Manage daily operations of the

dealership and ensure sustainability

of dealership profitability. Strategize

with sales managers to plan and

implement objectives for achieving

sales and gross profits. Create a

positive and legally compliant

working environment and sales

culture. Ensure the highest level of

customer satisfaction. Ensure a

steady flow of work while increasing

sales to maximize the capacity of the

shop. Manage costs of goods sold

(Body & Refinish Labor, parts, costs,

paint & materials costs, etc.) to

maximize gross profit margins.

Management of production to

ensure on-time delivery with the

highest level of quality. Oversee

estimates and supplements to

ensure completeness and Insurance

Compliance. Coach, develop and

mentor staff to meet their career

goals and maximize their skills to

company’s benefit. Communicate

with owners on a regular basis and

demonstrate eagerness to

accomplish assigned tasks and

implement company directives.

Maintain a positive work

environment. Requires at least 3

years of experience working as

Operations Manager in companies

related to the Automotive Industry.
