General Manager: The Manager is to lead and develop team members to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service in a clean, friendly environment, while building store sales and controlling cost. The successful candidate must possess strong leadership and people skills, basic computer skills and fundamentals. Requirements of position are food service experience in leadership role, (2) years or equivalent in quick serve restaurant setting, supervisory experience, basic math skills, basic computer skills and fundamentals. Strong communication skills are a must. Candidate must be self-sufficient and able to lead with minimum supervision.

Crew Member: The Crew Member is to deliver superior sandwiches to all Which Wich guests in a fun, energetic and vivacious way. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, food service experience, basic math skills, basic computer skills and fundamentals, able to follow directions.
