The Business Analyst II serves as a fully functioning liaison between IT and the business units to identify, develop, and help deploy medium size to strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. The Business Analyst II is responsible for independently documenting user requirements and turning them into persuasive Agile User Stories that can be effectively implemented by IT as an enhancement or as part of a project. The Business Analyst II is expected to interact with individual contributors, managers, and directors within the user community. As a level II role, the Business Analyst II will be able to multitask between diverse user groups and provide thoughtful and comprehensive professional support.
