Nurse Manager Rehabilitation Unit

Full Time Requirements: Must possess a current MA BSN license, BLS/ CPR certfication or NP, A minimum three years of nursing experience. Bi-Lingual in English & Chinese.

Position Summary: Provide leadership, clinical oversight, consultation, direction, monitoring and training for all nursing and nursing related operations for short-term unit including: clinical management of patients residents, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations, QAPl outcomes, policy procedure, implementation and achieving operational plans. Must function independently and as a member ot multiple teams, have flexibilty, personal integrity, ability to work effectively with residents, employees, regulators, and the public.
