Become a part of a team of competent and caring professionals as the Clinical Staff Supervisor in the One Care Program at Behavioral Health Network! As a leader in One Care, the Supervisor ensures that BHN provides high-quality, community-based care to all individuals served in the program. To make sure effective care management is provided according to sound clinical principles, the Supervisor utilizes supervisory techniques that encourages employee decision making and problem solving skills, reviews clinical records to evaluate member risk and the necessary level of member care, oversees casework and programmatic issues of employees, and reviews and assess member short-and long-term goals. As a part of the BHN team you will receive the leadership and clinical training needed to support our staff and the individuals we serve.
One Care holds each individual at the core of what it does. Through the coordination and integration of care, One Care assists adults ages 21-64 with medical, behavioral health, or substance abuse concerns in navigating the health care system and improving their health outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements
Clinical Staff Supervisors at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
**NOTICE**
In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.
The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st – through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN’s Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.
