Maintenance Responsible for general maintenance and preventive maintenance including inspections, servicing, facility and grounds repair.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have two years general maintenance experience including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge, preferably in a health care setting. This position involves walking, standing, stooping, squatting, stretching, ladder climbing, good eye-hand coordination for tasks utilizing equipment and tools. Frequent lifting and carrying materials up to 75 pounds.
