High School Equivalent / GED
Culinary Education preferred. Read, write legibly, math, measure ingredients. Food Safety Training with in first 60 days in position. Prefer some cooking background and basic food preparation knowledge. Functions as a team member. Subject to excessive heat, cold and noise. Is required to use food processor, hand tools, can openers, scales, measuring cups and spoons. Standing most of the day. Operate and Maintain equipment. Excellent customer service skills. Adjust recipes by expanding or reducing.
